Terms and Condition
- No refund or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstance.
- Non- marking shoes are compulsory.
- Each player must choose only 1 player to form a doubles team.
- Every member has to report at venue atleast 1 hour prior to their match.
- If any player fails to be present at the premises, 20 mins prior to his/her match, it will automatically result in walkover to the opponent. Please ensure you are following the reporting time and the match schedule. It’s not revokable and non amenable.
- No entry at venue will be allowed without admit card.
- No grey member is allowed to participate in league.
- Player should wear their league jersey during the match. Black track pants/dry fit shorts/dry fit leggings are allowed.
- Keep accessories minimal. Generally, jewelry and other adornments should be avoided to prevent injuries and distractions.
- Each player should carry their rackets. Ensure your racket and any other personal gear are in good condition and compliant with the league’s regulations.
- Violation of any of above rules will lead to disqualification of player from the league..
- All other tournaments / venue / organising committee terms and conditions will be applicable.
- Incase of any serious illness and disabilities, one must ensure playing conditions nd playing is good for them and participate accordingly. Your participation indemnifies all organisers, BNI, Adi corporate training from all health related future claims and proceedings.
- All complaints and concerns will not be having any bearing effect on your BNI Membership.
- This league is a pure networking and engagement opportunity, and Adi corporate training or BNI will not be accountable for its results and outcomes.
- By signing this document, I understand and accept to follow all above, and the laid out norms of the venue, tournament, and will display highest sportsman spirit.
